About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Dalsjöfors Health Centre. We are a well-functioning clinic with approximately 9,650 registered patients. Currently, we have around 30 competent employees from various professions. We have a strong team spirit and a strong commitment to the development of our operations.

We have well-developed specialist clinics, including diabetes, asthma/COPD, mental health, cardiovascular care, elderly care, as well as Child Health Services (BVC) and School Health Services (BHV).

About the Job

Your tasks at the health centre are varied, with the patient meeting at the core. As a Medical Secretary or Healthcare Administrator, you are a key employee at the health centre.

Your duties are diverse; booking patients for annual check-ups with doctors, handling referrals, scanning, diagnostic coding, local IT support, and some dictation writing are part of the job. Receiving our patients in the reception is an important part of the role as you are the face of the clinic. Customer service is of utmost importance.

About You

You are trained as a Medical Secretary. Previous experience working in primary care is an advantage. You have a genuine interest in digitalization and good knowledge in the field. Additionally, you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are service-oriented and proactive. You thrive working independently but also have good collaboration skills. You enjoy variety in work and find it easy to switch between different tasks. Since the workload varies, it is important that you can prioritize effectively. We also see that you, together with us, have a strong interest in operational development.

A professional attitude and a friendly approach towards customers, patients, and colleagues is second nature to you. We also expect you to live up to Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.
