This is Citagon

Citagon works with steel structures and wrought iron work with a focus on customized solutions. Here it is rarely about standard products or large series; instead, they work close to the customers and create solutions based on real needs.

The projects are primarily local, and the customers are found among others in construction, industry, and public operations. It can be anything from larger contracts to smaller specially adapted projects.

Focus in your role

This is a role for you who want to work with more than just one part of the process. You follow the projects from start to finish, from the first inquiry to implementation and conclusion.

You work close to customers, production, and colleagues while being responsible for costing, planning, and project management. More examples of tasks in the role:

• Costing and project preparation
• Quantity and material calculations
• Work based on drawings and technical documents
• Production and costing basis
• Customer and supplier dialogue
• Coordination between design, production, and assembly
• Project follow-up and documentation
• Work in Excel and business systems
• 3D modeling when needed

If we could wish

We believe you have a few years of experience from construction, contracting, or project operations and feel comfortable working close to both customers, projects, and technical documentation. Perhaps you work today as a project manager, estimator, or foreman, or you are a construction blacksmith and feel it is time to take the next step.

To thrive in the role, we believe you have a good understanding of drawings and experience working with costing or project management. You are used to using Excel as a working tool and have good administrative and digital skills. If you also have knowledge within contract law, we see it as a big plus.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and feel comfortable with English in work. If you have experience with steel, wrought iron, or worked in SketchUp before, we will be extra happy, but the most important thing for us is not exactly where you come from, but that you want to contribute with your experience and develop together with us.
