About the role

As a maintenance worker, you will become an important part of the daily operations and be responsible for ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work with a wide variety of tasks and have many contact points both internally and externally. The role suits you if you like taking responsibility, solving problems, and providing world-class service.

🛠️ Your responsibilities

• Handle mail, deliveries, and goods receiving
• Perform ongoing maintenance and internal service tasks
• Furnish and prepare workspaces, conference, and meeting rooms
• Handle orders, fault reports, and administrative service matters
• Communicate with suppliers and property owners
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance of premises and furniture
• Contribute to a safe, functional, and pleasant work environment

🎯 We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school education or equivalent
• Has experience in similar tasks within service, property management, or internal services
• Is self-reliant and enjoys planning and prioritizing your work
• Has good computer skills
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Has good physical fitness and is comfortable handling heavier lifts
