About the role

Nabo Fastighetsservice is growing, and we are now recruiting a Service Technician with HVAC knowledge. You will join a competent team of 18 people with various specialized skills. The team works broadly across several specialist areas, and as a Service Technician here, you are responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and inspections of HVAC installations in our customers' properties.

Your responsibilities:

• Communicate with Nabo's customers regarding troubleshooting measures and maintenance needs in the property

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance, upkeep, problem-solving, and new installations within HVAC

• Coordinate your assignments with the customer and handle the purchase of associated materials

• Prepare and present quotes to the customer and compile invoice documentation in our business systems

Your previous experience

We are looking for you who have experience working as a service technician within HVAC and are accustomed to handling technical installations independently. You are structured in your work, have good computer skills, and a desire to continuously develop within your expertise.

Meritorious:

• Knowledge in control and regulation technology

• Experience with ventilation systems
