About the role

You will work according to the claims process, which involves customer reception, appointment scheduling, booking rental cars for customers, invoicing, damage inspection, preparing calculations for insurance companies, and handing over the vehicle.

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• You are highly proficient with computers and have knowledge of preparing calculations.
• You are structured and organized while thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
• You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
• Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability.

Other details
