Do you want to work in an operationally close service function where service, structure, and problem-solving are in focus? We are looking for engaged employees who want to contribute to a safe and well-functioning environment for travelers, operations, and colleagues.
In the role within Internal Service, you will have a varied daily routine involving internal service, logistics, and simpler building maintenance. You will work with internal distribution, warehouse management, information signage, lost and found, as well as internal deliveries and moving assignments.
The work also includes simpler building measures such as adjusting doors and furniture, minor repairs, and some fault correction. You act in case of deviations, for example through anti-slip treatment, and ensure that the need for further measures is reported according to routine.
You have many contact surfaces and collaborate closely with colleagues, operations, and external suppliers to create a functional and service-oriented environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform internal service and practical service interventions in the operation.
- Handle internal distribution of materials, inventory, and information material to service desks and operations.
- Perform warehouse management, receipt of deliveries, as well as order and replenishment in storage areas.
- Assemble, disassemble, and update information material, signs, decals, and simpler furnishings.
- Handling and transport of lost and found items as well as internal deliveries and moving assignments.
- Perform simpler building maintenance such as lamp changes, assembly, disassembly, and simpler fault correction according to routine and instruction.
- Handle and follow up on service cases in the operation's case management system.
- Contribute to order, function, and well-being in premises, public areas, and staff rooms.
- Identify, report, and follow up on deviations and the need for measures.
- Contribute to the development of working methods and improvements in daily work.
Qualifications
- Has experience from service operations, internal service, building maintenance, operations, logistics, or similar areas.
- Has basic administrative and digital skills and can work in operational systems.
- Communicates clearly and takes responsibility for work tasks being carried out with quality.
- Is practical-minded and enjoys varied work tasks in an operational environment.
- Is structured and can plan and prioritize work in a daily life with varying needs.
- Has a service-oriented and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Has good collaboration skills and enjoys having many contact surfaces.

Advantageous Qualifications
- Experience in internal service, facility management, or building-related service.
- Experience in assembly, disassembly, and simpler practical building work.

Other
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period.
Scope: Full time 100%.
Start date: Access according to agreement.
Location: T-Centralen.
