Brohäll Marin is a family-owned company located at Bullandö Marina, Värmdö.

At Bullandö Marina, there are approx. 1,400 mooring spots and 1,300 winter berths. We offer and perform most repairs and new installations for our shipyard customers, as well as for external customers during the summer.

We are authorized for Volvo Penta, Mercury/Mercruiser, Yanmar, and Vetus, but we perform repairs on most brands.

We perform gelcoat repairs and collaborate with most insurance companies.

We are members of Sweboat and have been an approved marine workshop since 2023.

We are looking for staff for the office

Your placement will be at the office together with two other employees, where your role will primarily be responsible for:

• Helping our mechanics with daily repair solutions
• Assisting with damages included in insurance cases
• Managing and planning work together with some of our subcontractors
• Suggesting repairs to our customers and preparing cost estimates together with them
• Responsible for ordering parts and ensuring our inventory is updated

In terms of personality, we look for the following traits:

You have experience from the marine industry. Perhaps you have worked as a mechanic for a long time but now want to take the step to the office and develop further.

You have good knowledge of quotation work, prioritizing, and planning your workday.

You are quality-oriented and actively work with routines that ensure quality.

A requirement is that you have good computer skills (we work in Visma) and a B-driver's license.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Experience with boat lifting is an advantage.
