We are now looking for a Key Account Manager within IT Management & Automation who wants to develop existing customers, create new initiatives, and ensure that every business leads to real value.

What you will do

In this role, you are responsible for developing an existing customer base. The focus is on building upon, refining, and growing customer relationships over time.

  • Take primary responsibility for the relationship with your customers.
  • Identify new initiatives, projects, and business opportunities.
  • Develop account plans and drive the business forward over time.
  • Coordinate customer needs with our delivery teams.
  • Ensure our deliveries make sense from need to result.

You become the hub between the customer, business, and delivery. This means you need to understand both the customer's business, our solutions, and what is required to create long-term value.

The context you operate in

Many of our customers are larger organizations in Northern Europe. This involves senior-level dialogues, complex deliveries, and businesses that develop over time.

You need to be able to switch between:

  • Strategic customer dialogue.
  • Operational structure.
  • Business development.
  • Internal coordination.

Who we think you are

You thrive in the role of a long-term partner to the customer. You build trust, keep the details together, and have the drive to develop the business further.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in Key Account Management or a similar role within IT, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Experience working with larger customers and multiple stakeholders.
  • Understanding of complex deliveries, resources, and business.
  • Ability to create structure, follow up, and drive the next step.
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English.

Meritorious

  • Experience with automation, ITSM, AI support, or digital business development.
  • Confidence in occasionally supporting more new-customer-driven dialogues.
