We are now looking for a Customer Advisor with a Team Leader role at our meeting place in Nossebro. With the customer's needs in focus, you will meet our customers to provide advice regarding the entire private banking business, while also having a mandate to contribute to the development of your colleagues and working methods through your role as a team leader.

With a high degree of service, aimed at giving the customer a good experience of the bank, you will work with spontaneous and booked customer meetings within the areas of loans, savings, payments, and insurance. You will independently handle the customer's total needs within private banking, with the possibility to refer to other or higher competence when such needs arise. You are active in our local market and participate, for example, in house viewings and local events.

In your team leader role for our four customer advisors in Nossebro, you will lead and develop the work group you are responsible for in your daily work. You will coach your colleagues with the aim of conducting sales in a compliant and efficient manner. Together with the responsible manager and other team leaders within the bank, you will be responsible for implementing the bank's set business goals, as well as distributing goals and ensuring they are carried out. You will work to ensure the group's competence is continuously developed and that the group has sufficient information to perform their tasks.

About you

We see that you have good experience working as a customer advisor in the private sector and are at the forefront by actively assimilating and implementing new systems and working methods. You have good leadership qualities and serve as a role model regarding our values, as well as demonstrating good communication within the team, between our departments, with our customers, and with partners.

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• Driven with great engagement and high social competence
• Business-minded and motivated by creating good relationships and customer meetings
• Positive in attitude, flexible, and responsible
• Post-secondary education in economics/finance
• Swedsec licenses for mortgage loans and advisory, as well as certification in insurance distribution
