Job Description

Do you want a key role where you ensure deliveries flow smoothly – and where you can combine transport planning, order quality, and business acumen? Our client in Trollhättan needs reinforcement and is now looking for a logistics support specialist who thrives on solving problems before they become large issues. In this role, you will be the hub between the customer, carriers, and internal functions. You will work proactively to ensure delivery precision, quality in the order flow, and correct pricing in the business system – with the goal of creating smooth logistics and a profitable business. You will work with transport planning (inbound), follow-up of assignments, and handling of exceptions – always with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will also serve as a support internally for administration, sales, and production, contributing with advice and improvement proposals. The position is located in Trollhättan and working hours are during the day.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a background in logistics and enjoy working both service-oriented and close to business. You are used to prioritizing, communicating, and keeping flows together – even when the pace is high. Requirements (to succeed in the role):

• Experience in logistics administration, transport planning, order/delivery follow-up, or similar back-office role
• Good system proficiency and confidence working in business systems/ERP (and preferably Excel/Office)
• Ability to work structured with multiple parallel cases and deliver with quality
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

Merits:

• Post-secondary education in logistics, transport, supply chain, or economics/administration
