- Be the face of the branch by offering the best possible service and treatment to Swedbank's private and corporate customers.
- Handle varied tasks, including managing service cases in the walk-in customer meeting and working nationally with service cases via incoming telephone calls.
- Contribute to our goals through an efficient work approach with a strong focus on increased accessibility, customer satisfaction, and proactivity.
- Collaborate and build good relationships with colleagues within the bank to develop our customers' financial health, identify customer needs, and refer to other competencies when needed to create added value in the customer meeting.
