Job Description
We are currently looking for you who want to work part-time as an advisor in debt collection, based in Gothenburg. This role is particularly suitable for you if you are a retiree with a flexible daily routine, allowing you to work more during certain periods of the month.

As an advisor, you will have daily contact with customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them with questions regarding payments and finances. You work independently, take responsibility for your interactions, and have the authority to make decisions to reach good solutions – always with a focus on professional and respectful service.

You will start with an introduction and training where you will get the right prerequisites to get into the role. Working hours are flexible between 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday.

We would like you to be able to work an average of about 2 days per week, with the possibility of taking more shifts during periods around the end of the month (approx. 23rd–5th), when the need is greatest.

Planned start is during the autumn.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in service and customer contact, preferably by phone and with the computer as the primary work tool.
• Is confident in communication and enjoys dialogue with people.
• Works independently and takes responsibility for your tasks.
• Has a solution-oriented and professional approach.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Is empathetic, structured, and contributes to a positive team spirit.

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience from debt collection, finance, or banking.

As a consultant, you work on assignments for our client, helping them during a project, a time-limited need, or when they need extra competence for other reasons. You get the opportunity to contribute your experience while developing and broadening your own skills across different workplaces. Our consulting assignments can be both longer and shorter, and sometimes there is also the possibility of being directly hired by the client company.
