The association "Tidigt Föräldrstöd" (Early Parental Support) is a non-profit organization working to strengthen parents and families, particularly in areas with socioeconomic challenges and among families with migration backgrounds.

Through cultural mediators, doulas, and parental support initiatives, the association builds bridges between families and various societal services. Our work is characterized by trust, language and cultural competence, and a strong focus on health equity, integration, and early support for parents and children.

We are now looking for a meticulous and self-motivated individual for a part-time position in payroll administration and economic administration.

Part-time Position – Payroll Administration & Economics

Start: According to agreement, preferably immediately.

You will be working with ongoing economic tasks and need to have excellent knowledge in the following areas:

• Payroll administration
• Bookkeeping and ongoing reporting
• Reconciliations
• Supplier and customer accounts
• Year-end closing
• General economic administration

We use the Björn Lundén system, so previous experience with this system is preferred.

• Have experience in economic and payroll administration
• Are structured, responsible, and meticulous
• Can work independently
• Have a good understanding of accounting and year-end closing
• Thrives in a role involving both administration and problem-solving
