Apoteket Näckrosen is located in Framnäs shopping centre and has a large and loyal customer base. Our central location contributes to a workday with pace, variety, and lots of collaboration.

We are one of Apoteket's top 100 pharmacies and are open 364 days a year. In the team, approximately 10 pharmacists and 5 self-care advisors work – all with solid experience and strong team spirit. Together, we create a safe and professional environment for both customers and colleagues.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00–19:30, Saturdays 09:00–16:00, Sundays 11:00–16:00.

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In this role, you handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction. Here, you also help develop our working methods for an improved customer experience.

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medicines.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep up to date with our range and campaigns to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be trained as a self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care. It is an advantage if you are trained as a pharmacy technician and have experience working in a pharmacy.
