Assistant Store Manager for Swedish Match Store in Strömstad

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the right hand of the Store Manager and a key part of daily operations. You lead the floor team, create structure in daily routines, and ensure that every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.

You are operational, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can combine service, sales, and leadership. When the Store Manager is not on site, you are responsible for daily operations and help the team maintain a high standard in everything from customer interaction to store presentation and routines.

• Have experience from retail or service
• Previously held some form of supervisory role
• Have a good understanding of the store's operational flows
• Are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions
• Are motivated by sales, service, and people
• Have a structured work approach and appreciate order and tidiness
• Enjoy a fast pace and like working close to the operations
