Wioniq Nordic helps energy companies make better decisions through smart IoT solutions and data-driven insights. Our solutions are used to identify leaks, reduce energy losses, optimize maintenance, and create more sustainable district heating networks. We are now strengthening our position in the Swedish market and are looking for a Sales professional with business development skills to drive growth, create new business, and help energy companies get the full value out of our digital solutions.

About the Role As a Sales professional at Wioniq, you are responsible for developing the business within the district heating segment in the Swedish market. You drive the entire sales process from initial contact to closed deal, working long-term and strategically to identify and create awareness of the needs and benefits of our solutions. We know which customers are interesting in Sweden – some we have not yet contacted, others work with a different supplier today, and many still lack solutions like ours. Your task is to process a clearly selected target group of specific companies.

The role is about creating understanding of how our solutions contribute to reduced costs, fewer operational disruptions, and more efficient resource usage. By combining business acumen with a genuine interest in the customers' operations, you help decision-makers connect technical possibilities to concrete business value.

You will be part of a global sales team of just over ten people, including four colleagues in Sweden. Technical specialists and product experts support you in deepening your understanding of the solutions, but you own the customer dialogue, the sales process, and the development of your market.

We are looking for someone who: Has a strong business drive and thrives on building new relationships. You are self-motivated, structured, and motivated to seek out and drive business forward even when sales cycles are long and involve multiple decision-makers. You enjoy processing new customers at a high pace while simultaneously driving the business forward.

You are interested in technology and have the ability to translate complex solutions into clear business values. Perhaps you currently work in the energy and district heating industry and understand the challenges and needs, but not necessarily in a sales role.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience working with longer and complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate the business value of technical solutions
  • Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English

Experience from the energy, district heating, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
