We are now looking for you, an emerging star who wants to develop and take the next step in sales and business development. We are primarily interested in you if you also want to be part of our continued establishment and growth as a company – a journey you will undertake in close collaboration with our team in Gothenburg.

Who are we at OIO?

By getting to know people, teams, and organizations deeply, we create matches that last over time. Almost four years into our journey, we have become a team in Gothenburg consisting of 15 employees. In addition, we have also established ourselves in Stockholm and Malmö.

As an Account Manager, you will become part of our sales department consisting of Joachim, Gustav, Oscar, Tilda, August, and Martin. Here you will have a key role in processing new prospects/partners with the aim of identifying current or future competence needs.

What will you do?

Your primary work will involve prospecting, booking, and conducting meetings with potential partners. You will be individually responsible for building your customer base and developing it to its full potential. Through high activity and presence with both potential and existing partners, your goal will be to find high-quality and sustainable business opportunities within consulting staffing and recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be commercially responsible for ensuring that terms, agreements, and pricing are in line with set requirements and strategies. In addition, you will be a key person in ensuring that your partners get the best possible experience in their collaboration with OIO.

What is your background?

To develop, succeed, and thrive in the role of Account Manager, we see that you have:

  • A relevant post-secondary education in economics, administration, or sales
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales or a comparable business development role
  • You speak and write fluent Swedish and are comfortable using English in both speech and writing, as this is used frequently in contact with partners
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Experience from the consulting and recruitment industry is highly meritorious. We also appreciate that you have a performance-driven background, for example, in elite sports. However, the most important thing is that you genuinely burn for working with ambitious goals, relationships, and people. A large part of our assessment will therefore be based on your personal qualities.

To succeed in the role of Account Manager, we see that you are a results-oriented person who enjoys setting and having clear, ambitious goals in your work. You work focused to achieve the desired result, even when difficulties or challenges arise. This is shown through strong persistence where you invest time, energy, and engagement in your work in all situations. Furthermore, you have the ability to work commercially, understand connections, and the causes of different activities in your work. As a person, you are outgoing and social with a strong ability to build relationships. You find it easy to make contacts, identify key persons, and are sensitive to your surroundings.

  • Compensation: Base salary combined with commission and a generous benefits package
