Hoval’s production facility in Hedenstorp is highly trusted within the group. Due to continued growth, there is an increasing need for competence in several areas. To manage the increased capacity and provide the right conditions, we are now recruiting a Production Manager for a two-shift system.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop subordinate staff to ensure the right conditions for achieving set goals.
• Be responsible for daily management and ensure that productivity, quality, and deliveries align with set goals.
• Have personnel responsibility, including employee interviews, salary negotiations, rehabilitation, and recruitment.
• Ensure that production complies with laws, regulations, and requirements regarding a safe working environment and environmentally secure work practices.
• Participate in, support, and contribute to Hoval’s ongoing work with continuous improvements.
• Actively participate in and contribute to the company’s overall development and progress.

About you:

We are looking for you with a post-secondary education with a relevant technical focus, as well as a few years of work experience in production management. As a leader, you believe in active and present leadership and have a constant desire to develop as a leader. You have a good understanding of production processes, manufacturing methods, productivity, quality, safe working environments, and continuous improvement.

You are a natural leader who gets things done through structure, drive, and initiative, both independently and in a group. You possess good communication skills and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Good IT skills, preferably from a larger business system, as well as proficiency in Swedish and English, are required.

You will be part of a team of three production managers and report directly to the Production Manager.
