About Mattssons

Mattssons offers one of the market's widest assortments of fasteners with over 180,000 items. In addition to the standard assortment, Mattssons also provides customer-specific details to customers with high quality requirements. The group has operations in Sweden, Portugal, and China, and through its subsidiary Wulkan in Anderstorp, it also offers its own manufacturing. In total, there are approximately 120 employees, and the turnover amounts to approximately 250 million SEK. The operations are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949, and are characterized by structured quality work, strong customer focus, and a culture where improvements and collaboration are central.

About the Role

As a Quality Technician at Mattssons, you will become an important part of the company's quality work and work closely with both customers, suppliers, and internal functions. The role involves ensuring the quality of products throughout the entire supply chain and contributing to the development of internal quality processes.

You will work together with a team where the focus is on analysis, improvement work, and careful follow-up of quality results.

Tasks may include, among other things:

• Measurements, quality controls, and result testing
• Handling of customer and supplier complaints
• Documentation and quality follow-up
• Calibration of measuring equipment
• Contact with suppliers regarding quality-related issues
• Internal collaboration on technical issues and deviations
• Participation in improvement work according to Mattssons' quality policy "The Hunt for Zero Point"

The role involves both practical work in the operations and administrative follow-up related to quality processes.

About You

Qualifications

• Technical education in areas such as machinery, production, or similar (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience in quality work or technical work within industry is an advantage
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Advantageous is experience with:

• Internal audits
• Manufacturing processes
• Material knowledge
• Metrology
• ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / IATF 16949
