We meet participants where they are and gradually build their ability, motivation, and confidence in their own development. We are now looking for an engaged and relationship-building teacher for the "Language and Health" initiative. In this role, you work with participants who often have a longer path to work or studies. Many have studied Swedish for a long time without achieving the progress they desired, or have had breaks in their studies. At the same time, there are often diffuse health challenges that affect both study capacity and work ability. Therefore, the work is based on a holistic perspective where language, health, and motivation are integrated. The work involves making the current situation and possible next steps visible together with the participant. Through structured work with individual action plans, sub-goals, and continuous follow-up, you contribute to the participant strengthening their self-awareness and gradually approaching the labor market or further studies. The teaching is practically oriented and connects to everyday life, societal issues, health, and working life. We are looking for someone who is not only a skilled educator but also a positive force in the team. You contribute with energy, engagement, and joy of work, and have a natural ability to inspire both participants and colleagues. • Plan and conduct teaching based on participants' needs and prerequisites.
• Work with individual action plans and goal-oriented management.
• Integrate language, health, and motivation into the teaching.
• Work with labor market and social studies in Swedish.
• Plan and conduct study visits and industry orientation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other actors.

• Fixed-term contract until December 2026. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment.
