Machine safety, improvements, and development

In the role of Production Technician, you are part of a team responsible for our modern machinery and work with four focus areas: HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), operations, improvements, and development. You are responsible for improving machines and working methods with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high quality.

We support the production lines with tools, instructions, and preventive HSE work, where risk identification and safety improvements are central. Another important area is increasing productivity and availability in production.

You will collaborate closely with other departments, participate in development projects, and be responsible for smaller investment projects.

Your main responsibilities:

• Preventive HSE work and development of safe machine solutions
• Development and quality improvements
• Operational preparations
• Optimization of machines and working methods
• Investment projects
• Documentation, economic calculations, and quotation work

Structured and innovative technician

This role suits you if you enjoy working methodically while finding creative solutions to technical challenges. You handle multiple tasks in parallel, maintain high quality, and deliver with precision. You collaborate easily with others and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Your background:

• Education in production technology or mechanical engineering
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or similar
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
