Do you want to take responsibility for building and driving a profitable and innovative business area? We are now looking for more engaged and self-motivated sales representatives for our segments Road & Traffic, Carport, Park & Charge, and Facade. In the regions of North, West, East, and South.

FIEDLER SYSTEM is a family-owned company with roots in Småland and Blekinge, founded in 2020. With a focus on environmentally driven innovation, we have developed Markspjutet – a patented solution for ground anchoring that is faster, simpler, and more environmentally friendly than traditional methods. Our vision is to offer customers long-term profitable installations by combining simplicity, stability, and efficiency.
Through our various product segments, we offer a flexible and modern alternative to traditional foundations, suitable for everything from traffic posts, fences, charging stations, parking systems, and carports. Markspjutet penetrates materials such as asphalt, gravel, and blasted stone, helping to reduce both installation and maintenance costs. All products are developed and manufactured in Sweden with high demands for quality and environmental adaptation.
About the Role
As a sales representative, you will play a key role in establishing and developing a growing business area. Your responsibilities cover the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to negotiating contracts and ensuring that deliveries meet customer requirements.
Your focus will be on:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Creating and implementing your own sales strategy for the segment.
- Visiting customers throughout your region to demonstrate and explain the benefits of our solutions.
- Ensuring our products deliver added value by reducing installation costs and maintenance for customers.
- Contributing insights to further develop our products and services.
The role involves significant individual responsibility while offering support from our experienced salespeople in other segments. The position is entirely commission-based, giving you the opportunity to significantly influence your own income.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented salesperson driven by finding new business opportunities and building long-term collaborations. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Experience in technical sales or products within construction/installation.
- Good negotiation skills and a business-minded approach.
- Strong self-drive and the ability to work independently, with the capacity to build long-term customer relationships.
- Very good communication skills in Swedish.
- A valid driver’s license (Category B) and your own car are required, as the role involves regular customer visits.
- Experience working with contractors or public sector environments is a merit.
