Företagsvision och Utveckling i Uppland AB has been recruiting talent for over three years for operations focused on sales, appointment setting, and lead generation. We have recruited sales professionals to projects and companies within the energy sector, as well as appointment-setting projects within finance and IT.

We are now looking for individuals interested in appointment setting and lead generation, primarily focusing on solar panels and batteries. The position can be filled relatively immediately, with an initial focus on phone-based lead hunting.

The work is remote and is perfect for students.

The compensation package includes a guaranteed salary of 10,000 SEK, plus commission and bonuses for achieving specific targets.

We work partially within CRM systems, but also utilize softphone tools combined with satellite maps to contact homeowners on behalf of local solar contractors.

You will perform better if you are available to work regular evening hours.

We value candidates who are outgoing, charismatic, and social when interacting with potential customers. Sales experience is not a requirement.

We prefer candidates who can start working this week or at the beginning of next week.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
