Job DescriptionAs an Inside Sales Representative, you play a central role in the company's growth. You work with the entire sales process via phone, from initial contact to closing, and are responsible for processing both inbound and outbound leads.
You guide the customer through needs analysis, present solutions within solar energy and battery storage, and drive the business all the way to completion. There is also an opportunity to combine this role with field sales for those who want a more varied and customer-facing work environment.
Your ProfileYou are an independent and goal-oriented salesperson who thrives in an environment where results are the focus. You are comfortable building trust over the phone, enjoy a fast pace, and are motivated by closing deals. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your results, and thrive in a culture where performance and development go hand in hand.
Requirements- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Confident in telemarketing and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven and motivated by clear goals
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Independent, disciplined, and competitive
- Experience from the energy sector or technical products
- Experience in proactive sales
- Fixed salary + attractive commission model
- Good opportunities to reach a salary of 40,000–50,000 SEK/month

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, which includes 25 certified sales courses and weekly live lectures. Additionally, there is an opportunity to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at the Oscarsteatern, as well as a 2-day sales training in Stockholm, for those who wish to further develop in their role as a salesperson.

- Location: Solna
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30
