About the role

As Rituals' new Assistant Shop Manager, you strive to transform your store into a place where you and your colleagues love to work, and your customers love to shop. This involves, among other things:

• Driving store performance by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration, and efficient routines.
• Being the Shop Manager's right hand and ready to take over Shop Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Supporting your colleagues in reaching their full potential by coaching, developing, and being a great role model.
• Building a culture of trust together with your Shop Manager, based on positive and constructive feedback.

Requirements

As Assistant Shop Manager, you inspire your team and achieve the store's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales together. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. Additionally, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or customer service.
• Strong ability to coach and develop a team.
• Problem-solving orientation and ownership mindset.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and communicative.
• Good IT and data skills.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years of age or older.

Fixed-term employment: Starting August 1st for one year, with a chance of extension.
