In the role of Sales-Oriented Alarm Installer, you will work with installation, service, and upgrades of alarm systems, with a clear focus on upselling. You will become part of a cohesive team, work independently in the field, and operate from home with freedom under responsibility.

In the role of Sales-Oriented Alarm Installer, you will:

• Install and service home alarms and security solutions.
• Conduct needs assessments and create customer-specific solutions.
• Actively work on upselling in every customer meeting.
• Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
• Take overall responsibility for the customer experience.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a secondary education.
• Have previous experience in customer service.
• Have a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving.
• Are self-motivated and accustomed to structuring your own work.
• Are goal-oriented and driven by working towards set targets.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
