ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Field Sales Representative, you are responsible for identifying, processing, and developing new business opportunities, as well as creating long-term relationships with companies and decision-makers.
You are the face of the company and play a central role in attracting new customers and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and contact potential customers and companies
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, site tours, and sales presentations
- Present the company's services and solutions based on customer needs
- Negotiate and sign contracts with new customers
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Participate in networking meetings, events, and industry activities
- Work towards set sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU:- Have documented experience in B2B sales
- Have experience driving the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Are a skilled communicator with a good ability to build trust and create long-term relationships
- Are business-driven, self-motivated, and motivated to achieve high targets
- Have a good ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunities
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
It is an extra advantage if you:
- Have experience from service sales, coworking, property-related services, or similar operations
- Have an established network within the Stockholm business community
- Have experience with relationship sales with longer sales cycles
- Have previously represented companies at events, trade fairs, or networking meetings
Employment: Full-time
Start date: According to agreement
Salary: Competitive fixed salary plus commission model
Working hours: Office hours
Location: Stockholm
