We are now looking for an Account Manager to join our B2B team!

About the role & team

The B2B department primarily focuses on companies that own multiple properties, such as real estate companies, large industries, and municipalities. We are also making a new push into small businesses and agriculture, as well as group purchases, roof replacements, and ground mounting. These are the segments you will primarily be working with.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive your own sales towards set goals and KPIs.
  • Provide customers with the optimal solar energy solution based on their unique conditions.
  • Proactive sales for new customers and continuous management of key account relationships.
  • Process and handle incoming leads and group purchase inquiries from potential customers.
  • Present Svea Solar's product portfolio and actively work on upselling batteries, charging boxes, and electricity agreements.
  • Project planning, dimensioning, and quotation calculation with support from installation managers, electricians, and project engineers.
  • Ensure high quality throughout the entire sales process and during project handovers, both internally and to roof partners.
  • Some project management of sold projects, as well as travel to hold information meetings with potential buyers.
  • Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements, and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Are we a match?

We are looking for someone who…

  • Has experience in B2B sales with excellent results (experience in solar or battery industry sales is a plus).
  • Has good proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Is goal-oriented, structured, and meticulous, and gains energy from interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Puts the customer first, presenting solutions in a pedagogical and attentive manner, and excels at building long-term customer relationships.
  • Education in economics or engineering is a plus.
