Töm stands for Trauma, Abuse, and Addiction, and we are now looking for dedicated individuals who want to work to spread our important message and support our work through fundraising. With us, you have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful social change.

Your responsibilities

You will play a central role in:

• Seeking sponsors: You will actively build relationships with parishes, companies, and municipalities to secure their support for our work.
• Spreading information: Help us spread knowledge about Töm, our lectures, and our commitment to promoting and preventing abuse and addiction.

Our focus

We focus on what happens within the four walls of the home, where much of the trauma, abuse, and addiction begins and continues in the dark. Our work is particularly important as mental ill-health is growing exponentially and affecting individuals at younger and younger ages.

What we are looking for

You need to be:

• Engaged: Interested in social issues, especially those concerning trauma, abuse, and addiction within the home.
• Self-motivated: You work with freedom under responsibility and plan your own schedule.
• Motivated: The salary is performance-based, and there are good earning opportunities for the right person.

What you need

• A quiet workspace: A place where you can focus on your tasks.
• Computer and internet: Access to a computer and a stable internet connection is required.
• Working hours: You must be able to work at least 30 hours per week.

No prior experience is necessary. We offer training and support to help you succeed in your role.
