About the position

We are looking for a driven chef who wants to help develop a broad and exciting range for our Asian buffet.

Your main responsibilities:

• Cooking: Plan, prepare, and cook a wide and flavorful range of Asian dishes for our buffet.
• Quality: Ensure high and consistent quality in both taste and presentation.
• Quality & Hygiene: Have good knowledge of HACCP/self-control and be driven by smart, profitable thinking regarding ingredients and waste.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the rest of the kitchen and service team to create a smooth workflow.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with Asian cuisine.
• Is self-motivated, structured, and has a high sense of service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has good stress tolerance.
• Has good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control.
• Is a team player who loves to collaborate but also has the drive to take initiative.
