We are now looking for a care assistant who wants to work day shifts to join our team in Täby. Here you will find meaningful work where you make a difference every day.

Employment Terms and Conditions

• Working hours: Monday–Friday and every other weekend
• Full-time equivalent: 100%
• Shift times: 07:00–15:30
• Employment type: Permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period
• Start date: As agreed
• Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby and work within Täby Municipality.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

As a care assistant, you will work in customers' homes providing varied support based on individual needs:

• Personal care – support with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility
• Social support & conversation – create security through presence and good treatment
• Support in daily life – help with meals and simpler household chores
• Supervision & security – identify needs and contribute to safe care
• Documentation – document according to the implementation plan in various systems

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to contribute to a secure and professional home care service:

• Care Assistant Education (Required) – You have a completed education, preferably with experience in home care or other healthcare and social services.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – You can communicate clearly and document correctly.
• Category B Driver’s License (Required) – You are a confident and experienced driver.
• Cycling proficiency (Required) – You feel comfortable traveling between customers by bike.
• Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented – You take initiative, work independently, and keep your cool in different situations while collaborating well with colleagues and meeting people with empathy, respect, and understanding.
• Digital competence – You use mobile phones and computers in your daily work.
