Job Description

Do you want to take on a critical key role where you become the link between technology, projects, and satisfied customers? As Quality Manager for Customer & Projects at Vossloh, you will have overall responsibility for our aftermarket, customer, and project quality. In this role, you will work throughout the entire value chain, from proactively supporting the organization with quality issues and preventing deviations to driving professional, efficient, and solution-oriented handling of complaints and quality cases. The role is central to our quality organization, and to succeed, you will have close and broad collaboration with everyone from production, design, and purchasing to our external suppliers and customers. The position involves a great variation between urgent complaint cases and proactive, long-term improvement work. You will function as a support organization for the entire company and will travel approximately 25–50 days per year. The travels are primarily within Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark) to visit customers or secure quality with sub-suppliers, but international travel to places such as Europe may also occur. We are looking for a responsible and engaged team player who is skilled at building relationships and providing good service. You are confident and clear in your communication with both customers and suppliers. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented, structured, and thrive in an environment where collaboration is the key to success.

In this recruitment, Vossloh collaborates with Randstad, and for questions about the position, you are welcome to contact the responsible recruitment consultant.
