Lantmännen Maskin imports and sells agricultural machinery, spare parts, and workshop services. We have around 700 employees and are located throughout Sweden. We are now looking for a Site Assistant for a summer job at our facility in Tomelilla. The summer job starts immediately and runs until August 14th.

What you will be doing

As a Site Assistant, you will have a varied daily routine where you support the facility in several areas. In the shop and spare parts department, you will work with tasks such as picking items, unloading incoming goods, inventorying, and assisting customers in the store and at the checkout. You also provide important support to the workshop by contributing to order and structure through organizing tools, cleaning, and ensuring that machinery and equipment are washed and kept in good condition. The role also includes basic property maintenance, such as mowing grass and keeping areas clean and tidy.

In addition to these tasks, other duties that are a natural part of the daily operations at the facility may also occur.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You must be at least 18 years old to be considered for the position.

You have:

• Experience or a clear interest in agriculture and/or contracting
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both oral and written
• A forklift license is an advantage

You are:

• A team player who is also independent and takes personal responsibility
• A person who thrives in varied work
• Organized, service-oriented, and quick to take initiative
