Are you our next star loan advisor?

We are now looking for new colleagues to join our D2C Outbound unit within our Swedish organization.

As a Private Loan Advisor in the Outbound Sales department, you will become part of our team that markets the bank's products to private individuals. You will be responsible for offering primarily private loans via outbound calling, but occasionally also other bank products such as payment insurance and credit cards.

Our purpose is to achieve a more favorable loan situation for the customer. By primarily consolidating the customer's existing loans and credits, we aim to reduce monthly costs and improve the interest situation. Therefore, it is important that you first gain an understanding of the customer's current situation and then present how our products could benefit them.

You will have significant customer responsibility, as you will handle the loan application and subsequently become the customer's personal contact person at Ikano Bank.

It is an advantage if you have an education in economics, but it is not a requirement. We place greater emphasis on your personal qualities and ambitions.

You master Swedish and English in both speech and writing without hindrance.

In this position, you will report to our Team Manager for Outbound Sales, based in Malmö. This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
