Do you want to lead production in construction projects where quality, safety, and pace go hand in hand? Nordia is looking for a site supervisor who creates structure on-site and gets the team to deliver – every day.

Nordia is a Norrland-based contractor with broad expertise in construction, earthworks, and civil engineering, working to create value through efficient and sustainable solutions. As a construction site supervisor, you are responsible for the daily work in production. You lead, coordinate, and ensure that the project moves forward according to plan – with quality, safety, and structure as guiding principles.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and follow up on daily work at the construction site.
• Coordinate resources and ensure a safe working environment in production.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliveries in the day-to-day project life.
• Maintain close dialogue with the site manager and subcontractors to drive progress.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives close to production and enjoys creating order and momentum in daily work. You are clear in your communication, confident in prioritizing when things are busy, and energized by solving problems together with the team. This role suits you if you want to take responsibility, be present on the production floor, and simultaneously keep planning and follow-up together so that work flows safely and efficiently.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience from construction production.
• Ability to plan, lead, and prioritize in daily work.
• Good teamwork skills and sense of responsibility.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

Merits:

• Construction technical education or equivalent experience.
• Experience with digital tools in production.
