Project Manager for Exciting Ground and Infrastructure Project in Luleå

For a comprehensive and technically challenging project in Luleå, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager within ground and infrastructure. Here you will have a key role with responsibility for planning, coordination, and execution of projects where quality, safety, and efficiency are in focus.

We are looking for you who have experience with larger ground and infrastructure projects and who thrive leading projects from start to finish. You will work closely with production, the client, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is carried out according to set goals and timeframes.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring the project's execution. You have overall responsibility for the economy, schedule, quality, and resources, and ensure that the work is conducted according to current requirements and guidelines.

You will have a central role in the project organization and be driving in creating structure, engagement, and good results throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager within ground and infrastructure
• Have experience working with PE pipes and stormwater pipes
• Have previously been responsible for projects with a budget of at least 10 MSEK
• Have a good understanding of ground and infrastructure processes
• Are proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and technical documents
• Have very good computer skills and experience with digital project tools
• Master English in both speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience with larger infrastructure, water/sewage, or ground projects
• Experience with contract law and contract management
• Relevant education in construction, ground, infrastructure, or project management
