Do you want to work with paving and surface finishing on interesting projects around Luleå? Professionals Nord is now recruiting ground workers and pavers for Nåiden Infra. We offer independent work where you take responsibility for the entire process – from drawing to finished surface – in a safe and experienced work environment.

About the position

You will be employed for 6 months through Professionals Nord and work on-site at Nåiden Infra, with the possibility of continued employment directly with Nåiden Infra thereafter if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration and projects are available.

Job Responsibilities

As a ground worker focusing on surfaces and paving at Nåiden Infra, you will work on projects where quality, precision, and holistic understanding are important. In this role, you will take responsibility for the entire process: preparatory ground work, levelling, measuring, edging, adjustments, and completion.

You will become part of a tight-knit team in a stable and family-oriented company with short decision-making paths.

Examples of common tasks

• Paving and surface finishing
• Preparatory ground work for paving areas
• Levelling, adjustments, and corrections
• Installation of edging stones
• Reading drawings and understanding levels
• Working with measuring instruments

The work takes place primarily outdoors and Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. You will receive an introduction and a development plan tailored to you.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is confident in their craft and has experience with ground and surface work. You work independently but also thrive in a team and contribute to good cooperation at the workplace. You have an eye for detail, understand the big picture of the projects, and take responsibility for ensuring the results maintain high quality. You are solution-oriented, meticulous, and enjoy seeing work progress from drawing to finished surface.

Requirements:

• Experience with paving/surfaces
• Category B driver's license
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)

Merits:
