P.L.E. Betongrenovering & Injektering is now looking for more employees to join its team for the summer and upcoming projects. Here you will work with varied assignments within concrete, sealing, and injection grouting together with a tight-knit group.

P.L.E. Betongrenovering & Injektering is an established company based in Piteå, founded in 2015. The company works with everything related to concrete renovation, injection grouting, and sealing solutions and currently has assignments across large parts of Sweden.

The operations are particularly strong in work related to hydropower, water treatment plants, and other industrial environments where smart solutions are required to seal, repair, and strengthen concrete structures. P.L.E. works among other things with injection grouting, blasting, minor casting, surface protection, and various types of repair work.

Here you become part of a family-like team where many have worked together for a long time. It is a versatile role in a team with strong cohesion and a culture where people help each other and have fun together – both at and outside work. The work takes place on projects around Sweden, from Gothenburg to Kiruna. This means that you will work away from home periodically, staying out Monday–Thursday. You will work together with experienced colleagues and receive a secure introduction where you learn the work practically on site.

Job Responsibilities

As a concrete worker at P.L.E., you will work with varied tasks within concrete renovation, sealing, and injection grouting at the company's various projects. The tasks may include, among other things:

• Chipping, cutting, and drilling in concrete
• Working with injection grouting and sealing work
• Performing minor casting and repair work
• Helping with formwork and practical construction work
• Working with blasting and surface protection
• Collaborating closely with colleagues on various projects and industrial environments

Working hours vary depending on the project, but working away from home and longer working days occur regularly.

We are looking for you who

We are primarily looking for the right attitude. You do not need to have long experience in concrete work previously, but you are practical, hardworking, and like to get things done.

We believe that you:

• Are handy and used to working practically
• Are a quick learner and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team
• Have good knowledge of Swedish
• Have a B driver's license

It is meritorious if you have previously worked in construction, industry, assembly, or similar practical professions – but the most important thing is the desire to learn. As part of the recruitment process, a background check with a criminal record extract is conducted.
