HighFive Innovationsarena is owned by the Municipality of Halmstad, and our mission is to develop the business community in the municipality and Halland, as well as to promote a good business climate. HighFive exists for those who want to start or develop a business in Halland. We offer, among other things, qualified business development in our incubator process, a meeting place, and a project arena where we drive several innovation projects in collaboration with the University of Halmstad and other actors. Contributing to societal development, sustainability, and gender equality is an important part of HighFive. Our focus areas are digitalization & data-driven innovation, human-centric AI, cybersecurity, and sustainability, where we have a unique niche within human-centric AI. Responsibilities

Do you want to help shape the future business landscape through AI, innovation, and new thinking? Do you want to be part of creating opportunities, building relationships, and driving development together with businesses, the public sector, and academia? Then you could be one of our next project managers at HighFive.

We are looking for two driven, relationship-building, and curious individuals with a good understanding of the possibilities with AI, data-driven innovation, and how these tools can be applied in practice. As a project manager at HighFive, you will be a key driver in developing and implementing projects that strengthen companies' innovation capabilities and competitiveness. You lead processes where companies get to explore new opportunities, understand their needs, and take steps from idea to concrete development. In the role, you work closely with the companies and together with colleagues, researchers, students, and other partners. You plan and facilitate workshops, capture needs, shape development efforts, and drive projects forward in areas such as AI, IoT, cybersecurity, sustainability, digitalization, and data-driven innovation.

You will move between strategy and practice. From building relationships and identifying new opportunities to coordinating activities, creating momentum, and following up on results. With your ability to bring together people with different perspectives and competencies, you contribute to meaningful collaborations and solutions that create real value for businesses and for the development of Halland.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role, you have a very good ability to lead processes, network, and build strong trust. You are an initiative-taking and creative person who feels completely secure working independently and quickly getting up to speed in new environments and contexts. You have an easy time capturing needs and are driven by a genuine desire to help others. Through your experience in project management, you have overall responsibility for driving our projects forward and ensuring they are implemented all the way to the finish line. You are the spider in the web who steers the process from start, puts the puzzle pieces together, and guarantees that the work is translated into real and measurable results. As a proficient user of digital tools, you like to think outside the box and have a genuine interest in AI and innovation.

You have, fundamentally, a relevant university degree or other education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have extensive experience in independent project management within business development, operational development, and/or innovation management, which has given you good insight into the prerequisites, drivers, and needs of the private business sector. The role requires good knowledge within digitalization and a natural ability to see the technology's possibilities and challenges in a business context. Since the role is strongly outward-facing, you are a skilled communicator with very good experience in facilitating workshops as well as conducting engaging training sessions and presentations. We become particularly curious about you if you have several years of documented, successful experience in business and innovation management. It is also a big plus if you possess deeper knowledge within AI, service design, or if you have concretely driven innovation projects that were specifically linked to AI applications.

To collaborate and communicate unimpeded with all our partners, you need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. Since the role involves some meetings and networking around the region, a valid B driving license is a requirement for the position.
