About the role

At Fellowmind, we rarely work on pure ERP projects. Instead, we drive platform projects where business processes, data, and technology are interconnected – and where Dynamics 365 F&SCM is often the hub.

We are now strengthening our presence within our customer segment Automotive & Machinery, where we work on some of the most exciting assignments in the Nordics, often using Annata A365 as the industry solution together with D365 F&SCM.

As a Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will become a key person in our deliveries. You will work closely with the customer's business, take responsibility for the process and solution – and help create real business value, not just an "implemented system".

You will become part of our Enterprise business area, where we work closely together across roles and teams. Here, the team always comes before the individual, and you should never feel alone in a project.

What you will do

In the role of Senior Supply Chain Consultant, you will work on developing and improving our customers' supply chain processes and ensuring that the solution in D365 F&SCM truly supports the business.

Examples of tasks:

• Lead and facilitate workshops, requirements work, and process design within supply chain
• Translate business needs into sustainable solutions in Dynamics 365 F&SCM, often together with Annata A365
• Take responsibility throughout the entire delivery – from analysis and solution design to testing, training, and go-live
• Act as an advisory partner to key customer personnel and contribute to long-term development
• Collaborate with colleagues in other parts of the Microsoft platform when the solution requires more than "just ERP"

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for you who have at least four years of experience as a consultant within Dynamics 365 F&SCM, with a focus on supply chain. You are confident in the role, used to taking responsibility in deliveries, and comfortable leading dialogues, workshops, and process work with the customer. You have worked through the entire or major parts of the implementation journey and understand what is required to get both the system and the business working in practice.

At the same time, we are also open to you who come from the customer side. The important thing then is that you have had clear ownership of supply chain processes in Dynamics 365 F&SCM – not just as a superuser in a single area. You have driven and developed the processes in the system, been a requirements setter, and led change so that the solution truly supports the business's goals.

Regardless of background, we believe you:

• Have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and how they are implemented in D365 F&SCM
• Are business-minded, structured, and confident in dialogue with various stakeholders
• Enjoy the consultant role and are motivated by creating long-term customer value
• Are a team player who is happy to share knowledge and contribute to the team's development
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Experience with Annata A365 or work within Automotive & Machinery is meritorious but not a requirement.

Practical details

Start: Preferably immediately, but we naturally understand that you may have a notice period that we need to respect.

Scope: Full-time, office hours – we are flexible and assume it should work for all parties.

Location: Malmö, Helsingborg, Halmstad, Gothenburg, Jönköping, Växjö, or Stockholm.
