We are now looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a time-limited consulting assignment in Halmstad. Your Responsibilities
In the role of Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will become part of an existing team where you work with further development and customization of an established ServiceNow environment. You are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the solution and work operationally with implementation and improvements within defined areas.

You will work with development and configuration within ITSM and CSM, create and further develop flows in Flow Designer, as well as build and update Catalog Items and Record Producers. Furthermore, you will work with business rules, client scripts, and script includes, and contribute to optimizing and streamlining the platform based on the business's needs.

The work takes place partially on-site in Halmstad, depending on the business's needs, and requires that you can work independently and deliver with high quality in an ongoing assignment.

Your Profile
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with at least five years of practical experience of development in the platform. You have worked with ITSM and also have experience of CRM/CSM (Customer Service Management).

You are used to working with Workspace (SOW/CSM Workspace), Flow Designer, as well as creating and maintaining Catalog Items and Record Producers. You have good knowledge of JavaScript within ServiceNow and are confident in developing and adapting business rules, client scripts, and script includes.

You have a good ability to quickly familiarize yourself with existing environments and work independently in an operational delivery. As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy a consulting role where you are expected to contribute with both competence and drive.

It is an asset if you have ServiceNow certifications, experience of integrations via REST, and knowledge in portal development (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).

You must be proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
