In this role, you are responsible for developing and adapting PVC compounds based on customer needs. The work is carried out in a project format where you drive several parallel development projects, from idea and testing to implementation and follow-up. Projects may involve creating new products, optimizing existing formulations, evaluating alternative raw materials, or adapting products to changed customer processes and market requirements.
The position is located at the INEOS Compounds facility in Helsingborg, and the work is performed on-site.
Main responsibilities
As a Product Developer PVC Compound, you will play a central role in the company's development work. Your main responsibilities include:

- Creating and updating technical documentation such as technical data sheets and safety data sheets

- Ensuring that products meet relevant technical and regulatory requirements
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in material development who thrives in a role where technology, customer contact, and project management are combined.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- A university degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or equivalent
- Experience from the manufacturing industry
- Experience in product development of chemical products
- Knowledge of plastic materials, polymers, or plastic manufacturing – experience with PVC is advantageous but not a requirement
- Ability to work structured and analytically with technical issues
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
As a person, you are self-motivated and take responsibility for driving your work forward. You have strong personal drive and are accustomed to delivering according to agreed goals and timeframes. At the same time, you are unpretentious and appreciate collaborating with others to find the best solutions.
You are communicative and have an easy time building trusting relationships, both internally and externally. Since the role involves many contact points, we see that you enjoy customer dialogues and explaining technical issues clearly.
We also believe that you are curious, development-oriented, and motivated by learning new things in a business that is constantly evolving.
