Your new job

The role of Security Technician at Bravida Security involves a challenging and responsible position. You will work in project teams led by project managers on various types of projects. Actively creating, maintaining, and developing customer relationships is natural and expected for our employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Commissioning and programming of our delivered products
• Supporting our customers in using their systems, identifying improvements for their security installations, and proposing solutions in projects
• Driving upselling of Bravida's various offers in collaboration with project managers
• Working together with your team to develop our deliveries

Like your future colleagues, you will also be responsible for executing every task according to our high standards of quality and safety. The role involves both technical problem-solving and significant customer interaction.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who primarily has experience in delivering high-quality customer service and has a technical background with experience as a technician in the security industry or fire alarms. Experience in networking, electrical work, or control and regulation technology is also considered an advantage. A valid B-class driver's license is required.

As a person, you are receptive, engaged, and results-oriented. You are customer-focused with a positive attitude, and we expect you to have a good ability to develop business relationships. Furthermore, you take pride in performing your duties with precision and high quality. The right attitude, willingness, and engagement are of utmost importance to us!

A background check, including an extract from the criminal record register, will be conducted prior to employment.
