Imagine starting your day as the Project Quality Assurance Lead, where you are an integrated part of the project quality team and coordinate all production quality activities for your projects.

Your focus will be to ensure that the factory in Finspång meets the highest quality standards, based on customer contracts, internal guidelines, and local regulations in preparation for customer inspections.

How you will make an impact

• Act as the main contact for project quality within internal production.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize quality activities in production at the Finspång factory.
• Assist in carefully reviewing contracts.
• Ensure that necessary resources are available to successfully implement the project plan and drive efficiency.
• Manage customer presence in production and ensure that quality standards are exceeded.
• Collect and review quality documentation with precision and attention to detail to ensure compliance.

What you bring

• A degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, process technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A few years of work experience in a quality organization or a related area.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both oral and written, is a requirement.
• A structured and cooperative personality with the ability to interact effectively with others.
• A driven and ambitious team player with a desire to drive project success.
• Experience or education related to the design, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery, preferably turbines, is an advantage.

About the team

The Project Quality department is in an exciting growth phase where we will increase our numbers across several different teams. You will become part of the team working towards internal production, and we are currently 20 people strong. We strive to be a team where help and learning from each other are high on the agenda, and most importantly – we have fun together!

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines, gathered under one roof together with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
