Do you want to work in a key role where you help ensure quality throughout the entire supply chain? As a Supplier Quality Professional, you will have the opportunity to work closely with both internal functions and suppliers, focusing on quality, analysis, and continuous improvement. In this role, you are responsible for driving deviation management from start to finish. You ensure that the right actions are taken, that root cause analyses are of high quality, and that actions are truly effective. At the same time, you analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and create stable processes. You will become an important part of a larger quality and supplier team and work in close collaboration with purchasing, production, and logistics. Your main responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate deviation management throughout the process
- Ensure quality in suppliers' root cause analyses (RCA)
- Follow up and verify actions
- Analyze statistics and identify patterns
- Prepare reports for Supplier Performance Review and NCC Q-gate
- Work with continuous improvement and process development
- Has experience from production, logistics, purchasing, quality, or similar areas.
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
- Has the ability to build trusting relationships and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
- Has a structural and analytical ability as well as the drive to achieve set goals.
- Has a thorough understanding of material flows, efficient inventory management, and working with quality-controlled processes (SAP knowledge is a plus).
