Technical Property Manager at Willhem in Linköping

Willhem Linköping owns and manages just over 3,600 apartments and some commercial premises. The portfolio is largely located in Skäggetorp but also in other areas around Linköping. As a Technical Property Manager, you will work across our entire portfolio. You will be welcomed into a team of approximately 20 colleagues consisting of the Property Manager, Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and Housing Wardens. Together, we work purposefully as a team to develop our properties both economically and socially.

About the Role

As a Technical Property Manager, your focus will be on the well-being and long-term sustainability of our properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that our portfolio is maintained and developed cost-effectively with high-quality operations. As a technical support to the management, the role will involve executing numerous projects within our portfolio. An important part will be assessing, from a holistic perspective, which interventions yield the greatest benefit to achieve our business goals. As a Technical Property Manager, you will collaborate closely with Property Managers and Housing Wardens, as well as internal specialists within operations and energy. You report to the Property Manager in Linköping.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Damage handling, planning and executing smaller projects
• Planning and executing smaller operational projects
• Media monitoring and operational measures regarding deviations in heating, ventilation, water, and electricity, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, planning and budgeting for measures
• Efficientizing and optimizing the area's properties regarding heat, water, and electricity
• Supporting and training our Housing Wardens in operations

Your Profile

We are looking for you with relevant post-secondary education in areas such as operations, property technology, or management, or equivalent work experience.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of work experience that has given you knowledge in operational technology and project management. You have an understanding of the whole picture in property management, which helps you prioritize and make the best decisions based on the situation. A driver's license is also required for the role.

We are looking for a team player who likes challenges and is motivated by being able to make a difference in your areas – maintenance, operations, and energy. You are driven and have the ability to work in a structured manner.
