Digitalization Department, Administrative Department
The Government Offices are in the midst of a comprehensive digital transformation. Driven by innovation, we are developing digital ways of working, collaboration models, and solutions that make everyday life easier and more efficient.
Our mission is unique. We are helping to build part of Sweden's digital backbone, and our services are used within the Government Offices and at over 100 Swedish embassies and consulates worldwide. We are now taking the next step and strengthening our team with a PEGA-focused Tester.
About the role
As a PEGA-focused Tester, you will be part of an application team where you, together with colleagues and suppliers, work on testing within the PEGA platform.
You will work both operationally and strategically with testing and test automation. The role also includes responsibility for test plans, test cases, test execution, and reporting. As needed, you will also work with requirements review.
You will have a clear area of responsibility while also feeling a sense of ownership for the whole, where the team supports each other's progress. You are curious, keep an eye on developments within your field, and propose new solutions when necessary to ensure we deliver the most suitable support for digitalization and new ways of working to our operations.
Your background
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least two years of experience in testing within PEGA
- Experience working in large, complex organizations, preferably politically governed
- An academic education with an IT focus
- Certification in testing, such as ISTQB Software Testing Foundation certification
Your personality
As a person, you are a true team player with good communication skills. You have the ability to act independently and drive work forward. The role requires a high degree of independence, but also the ability to support and collaborate with colleagues in their work.
The Government Offices' employee criteria are holistic view, development, and results.
Everyone working at the Government Offices must have a holistic perspective and collaborate for the benefit of the operations. You are expected to contribute your perspective and competence while being open to others. You bring ideas and new approaches to improve and develop the operations and your own competence. You are result-oriented in your actions and adapt when needs and directions change.
Other information
The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The position is classified for security clearance, and a security investigation with register check will be conducted before a decision on employment is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but may have a foreign background.
