K2 Comfort AB is a home service company primarily operating in Jönköping, with its headquarters in Habo. We provide home care services, house cleaning, and other household-related services. We perform both service interventions and care interventions.

We are currently looking for staff for our home care services in Jönköping.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, positive, and solution-oriented. The role requires you to take independent responsibility for always delivering high-quality home care and to be professional in your role. You will work in a team, and we expect you to contribute to building good relationships with clients, their relatives, colleagues, and other actors involved in the client's care. Naturally, we expect you to work according to and share K2 Comfort's core values.

We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks. Previous experience with delegation of health and medical care tasks is an advantage. A valid B-class driver's license is an absolute requirement. Since the job requires documentation and communication, you must have a good command of the Swedish language and be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

We prefer that you have education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska) or other suitable education/experience, but personal suitability is given great weight.

Your working day: As a care assistant in home care at K2 Comfort, you provide nursing care, social support, and service interventions based on the client's individual needs and wishes according to their decision on personal assistance. The position may involve receiving certain delegations of health and medical care tasks after you have met the requirements for this.
