Do you want to work on projects that truly make a difference in society? We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to drive and develop projects within infrastructure, energy, and urban development – together with experienced colleagues and close to our customers.

Who are we?

Inhouse Tech is a leading player in project and construction management. We drive societal development through projects that cover all stages, from early concept development to completion. Inhouse Tech is part of the Qflow Group, and we work closely with some of the industry's strongest technical consulting firms.

Our Culture

We are not afraid of challenges – we embrace them. Our culture is characterized by engagement, competence, flexibility, and joy in work. As a flat and non-hierarchical organization, we value collaboration and community.

The Role

As a Project Manager here, you will work on socially important and often complex projects where technology, people, and execution need to work together seamlessly.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Driving issues related to time, cost, and quality
  • Creating structure and progress in the project
  • Managing risks and finding solutions
  • Serving as a central contact point between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience in project management or construction management within facilities, infrastructure, or energy, and who thrive in environments where many things are happening simultaneously.

We believe you:

  • Have a technical university degree or equivalent experience
  • Have worked in project roles such as Project Manager, Construction Manager, or similar
  • Have an understanding of contracting and project management
  • Are confident in dialogue with various types of stakeholders

The role requires a good understanding of contracting and project management in a complex public environment. You should therefore have experience working according to AB04, ABT06, and AMA, as well as a practical understanding of contracting law, client roles, and execution within public operations.

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You collaborate easily and thrive in a role where you take responsibility and drive the work forward.

What you get

Here, you get the opportunity to work in qualified and socially important projects where you contribute to real development. You become part of a context with experienced colleagues, where learning and development happen in daily work.

The role involves significant responsibility with good opportunities to influence both your own development and how the work is conducted, in an organization where decisions are made close to operations and where your contribution makes a difference.
