At Sandå, you can look forward to varied work where you will be involved in everything from small jobs at private customers' homes to larger contracts. You will encounter different environments, customers, and projects, making the job both diverse and developmental.

About the role

As a floor layer at Sandå, you work with a wide variety of projects and flooring types. Your tasks may include, among other things:

• Installation of parquet, vinyl, and laminate flooring
• Installation of linoleum, textile mats, and plastic mats
• Tiling and ceramic work
• Floor sanding and renovation
• Preparation of subfloors and self-leveling screed
• Service work for private customers
• Larger contract projects for companies and public operations

Working hours are Monday–Friday, 06:45–16:00.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Sandå is primarily looking for you who are trained as a floor layer or have experience in the trade. You have a good understanding of the craft, can work independently, and deliver high-quality work.

The position is primarily aimed at you who have education or experience in flooring. If you have worked in another trade, such as carpentry or painting, you may also be a suitable candidate for this role.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Have education and/or experience in flooring, or alternatively, another relevant trade background
• Are self-motivated and responsible
• Have an eye for quality and precision
• Enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues
• Are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid B-class driver's license
